The monsoon line is currently over central India and due to its effect, heavy rains are expected from Madhya Pradesh to Chhattisgarh, North Maharashtra, South Rajasthan and Gujarat today. Heavy rains are also expected on the coast of Kerala and Karnataka. From today, the western vein of the monsoon line will move towards the north. Due to this, heavy rains may start in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, western Uttar Pradesh and northern Rajasthan, which will continue for two days. Rain activities will also increase in the mountains.
