On July 2, the monsoon covered the whole of India, although its normal date is July 8. The main activities will reduce to very little over most parts of North India including Delhi. From July 5, once again rain will increase in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. There may also be some reduction in rain activities over East and North East India. Heavy rain may continue along the coast of Maharashtra and Karnataka including many districts of Madhya Pradesh, East Rajasthan and Gujarat.
