A low-pressure area will form in the Bay of Bengal around April 6, which can strengthen into depression and deep depression. Rain will continue over Kerala, Interior Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep, Karnataka and Andaman and the Nicobar Islands. Heavy rain is also possible in the northeastern states. Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail over Delhi, South Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha and Marathwada.
