This problem can also occur if there is an attack of some kind of insect in the roots of the crop.
Deficiency of nitrogen or any important nutrient in the onion crop can also cause the problem of burning of leaves edges, it is beneficial to use the following products to prevent it.
For prevention of fungal disease use Kitazin 48% EC @ 200 ml /acre or Kasugamycin 5% + Copper Oxychloride 45% WP@ 300 gram/acre.
For prevention of insect Profenofos 40 % + Cypermethrin 4% EC @ 400 ml/acre or Fipronil 40 % + Imidacloprid 40 % WG@ 80 gram/acre .
For nutrient supply use seaweed@ 400 ml /acre or humic acid@ 100 gram/acre.
