The average minimum temperature in the month of March was the highest in Delhi in the last 10 years. Almost the same situation is in India with more than half of the maximum and minimum temperatures. The weather has been dry continuously for several days and the reason for this is hot and dry air. No weather activity is likely over Northwest and Central India during the next 10 to 12 days and the weather will remain warm.
