A fresh Western Disturbance will start affecting the mountains from November 9. There may be good snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh including Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Ladakh. Light snowfall and rain are possible in Uttarakhand. A low-pressure area forming in the Bay of Bengal will affect Tamil Nadu, South Andhra Pradesh and Kerala including Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
