The month of December has started but central and eastern India including North West is still waiting for severe winter. Right now no major Western Disturbance will give heavy snowfall in the mountains. For the next 1 week, the temperature will not fall much and there will be no severe winter. Winter will increase only in the second fortnight of December. A low pressure will soon form in the Bay of Bengal, which will turn into a depression and give heavy rains moving towards Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
