This time El Nino is affecting a lot. The month of August has turned out to be dry for almost the entire of India. Heavy rains are expected in many states in the month of September. South India including Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra will receive good rains. There may be rain in East Rajasthan and East Gujarat. There is a possibility of rain in some places in the Jodhpur and Barmer districts of Rajasthan.
