Due to the effect of rain and hailstorm, Delhi recorded the lowest temperature of this century in the month of May. Even today rain is possible in many states of North India. Rain will continue in many states of South India including East India and North East India. Conditions are becoming favourable for the advance of the monsoon. Monsoon may reach Sri Lanka during the next 2 days.
