Monsoon will cause torrential rains in many states while returning

The departure of the monsoon may start after September 15. Heavy rain is possible in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and Chhattisgarh. It may also rain in East Gujarat. Delhi Punjab Haryana including Rajasthan will receive rain from September 12 or 13.
