Indian Ocean Dipole will start turning positive by July. El Nino will begin forming in April and will become dominant during the monsoon months. Monsoon rains can be good if the IOD is very positive. The rain activities going on in North India will stop now. Fair snowfall will likely continue over the hills in the next 24 hours. From March 3, the temperature of North West and Central India will start increasing once again.
