Farmers will benefit from cheap fuel, government will start new scheme

There will be no shortage of fuel in the coming future, so the government is paying attention to alternative sources of energy. In this series, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas is now preparing to launch a scheme that will create cheaper and cleaner fuels. This fuel will be produced from five thousand compressed biogas plants and the central government will invest a big amount of Rs 2 lakh crore to invest in these plants. In this plant fuel will be produced from bio and crop residues.

This scheme will also provide cheaper fuel to farmers as well as other business areas of the country. Especially due to cheaper fuel for farmers, agricultural expenditure will be reduced and income will increase. Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has signed an MoU related to this subject, saying that ‘there is immense potential in the field of fuels produced from bio and crop residues. So farmers are also going to benefit greatly from crop residue. “
