Government is giving bumper subsidy to farmers for farming, read full news

The government is running many beneficial schemes to help the farmers. With the help of these schemes, farmers also participate in farming with full enthusiasm and make India a food-rich nation. In the list of government schemes, the Uttar Pradesh government is running a special scheme for the farmers of its area. With the help of this scheme, the government wants to promote the cultivation of maize and sugarcane in the state.

Under the scheme, a subsidy will be provided to the farmers to cultivate both crops mentioned. Under the scheme, a beneficiary farmer will be given a subsidy for farming up to a maximum of 2 hectares. Let us tell you that the state government is giving its farmers a subsidy of Rs 2400 on desi maize, hybrid maize and popcorn maize. This subsidy is being given up to Rs 16000 per acre on baby maize and Rs 20000 per acre on sweet maize. This scheme will be for the next 4 years.
