From September 12, Mumbai, North Madhya Maharashtra and South Gujarat may receive torrential rains and water-logging at many places. East Rajasthan including many districts of Madhya Pradesh will also receive heavy rains. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
