A depression is going to form in the Bay of Bengal which will take the form of a storm by November 2. This storm may become stronger and move towards the coast of Northern Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Many districts of Orissa are also in danger of storms. A new Western Disturbance may give rain and snowfall in the mountains. There is a possibility of rain in Central India including Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
