It is almost certain to form El Nino but some models are showing Indian Ocean Dipole as positive, which can lead to good monsoon rains. There will be continuous snowfall in the mountains for the next several days. There are chances of rain in the northern districts of Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Temperatures may rise in many other states.
