A new western disturbance will come, there will be heavy rain in the plains

In the early part of November, successive Western Disturbances can give heavy snowfall over the mountains and rain is also possible in the plains. Rain activities are likely to start once again in South India. Northeast Monsoon will start giving rain activities from October 29.
