The latest forecast of El Nino is here. Sea surface temperatures are rising in the eastern Pacific Ocean. For the next few days, heavy rains are likely to occur in most of the states of the country, leading to a flood-like situation in some places. By the end of July, the monsoon will start weakening. It is possible that the effect of El Nino will start appearing in the month of August. But there is good news that the Indian Ocean Dipole can be positive which can reduce the effect of El Nino.
