Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana

Agriculture is the major employment for most people in India. More than half of the country’s population earns its livelihood through farming. However, there are many states where there is a shortage of irrigation water, which creates problems in farming. In such a situation, there is a special irrigation technique for the farmers facing water shortage which can solve their problem. Along with this, there is also a provision of huge subsidy from the government on this technology.

The government is giving subsidies of up to 90% to the farmers for this technology. With the help of this subsidy, farmers will be able to easily deal with the shortage of irrigation water and there will be no financial burden on them. The irrigation technology we are talking about is the drip irrigation system, which is also known as the drip irrigation system in English.

Irrigation using a drip irrigation system reduces water consumption in fields by 50%. Agricultural scientists also believe that this irrigation technique is the best and there is no need to level the land after using it. If you also want to take advantage of this scheme, then visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana and complete the application process.
