A new low pressure area will soon form in the Bay of Bengal. The depression is currently moving towards central India. Now there will be torrential rains in many districts of Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, northern Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in the southern districts of Uttar Pradesh. Along with eastern Rajasthan, eastern Gujarat, now the rain will also intensify in Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Light rain will be seen in some districts of Haryana including Delhi in the afternoon. There will be a decrease in rain activity in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha during the next two days.

Depression formed in Bay of Bengal, rain will occur in many states

The depression formed in the Bay of Bengal will move in the northwest direction. Heavy rains will occur in southern Odisha, north coastal Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and eastern Madhya Pradesh in the next 24 hours. Torrential rains may occur in southern Uttar Pradesh and north-eastern Madhya Pradesh on September 10. A cyclone is currently giving heavy rains over Vietnam, its remnants may reach the northwest Bay of Bengal as a low pressure by September 12.

A new low pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal. There is a possibility of low pressure area forming in the coming days of September as well. Heavy to very heavy rains are likely in many districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of waterlogging and flood-like situation at some places. Heavy rain is also possible in West Bengal. There is a possibility of good rain in eastern Rajasthan and eastern and northern districts of Gujarat. During the next 24 hours, you will also be able to see good rain in some districts of Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. There will be good rain in Uttarakhand but only light rain will be seen in the rest of the hilly areas. Monsoon will remain weak in the southern peninsula.

The depression formed over West Gujarat will now reach over the North Eastern Arabian Sea, but before that a new low pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal. Now there will be heavy rains in Odisha, Jharkhand, Telangana and Madhya Pradesh. After 24 hours, monsoon rains will reduce significantly in most districts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Rain activities will also be seen in the mountains after 24 hours. There will be heavy rains in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, while the flood situation in Gujarat may improve due to the reduction in rain activities now.

The deep depression formed over Gujarat has now come over Saurashtra and Kutch. Today, heavy rain activities can occur in Gujarat’s Devbhoomi Dwarka, Khambhalia, Giri, Somnath, Porbandar, Junagadh etc. districts as well as Bhuj and Nalia. Heavy rains are also expected in Pakistan’s Sindh province. Rain activities will reduce significantly in the eastern districts of Gujarat. Two low pressure areas are forming one after the other in the Bay of Bengal, whose effect will be visible on many states. A cyclonic wind area has also formed in the southwest of the Bay of Bengal, due to which rain activities may increase in Tamil Nadu including coastal Andhra Pradesh. Intermittent rain is possible in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
