Country's first automatic hybrid tractor launched

Hybrid tractors have been launched for the first time in the Indian tractor market.The hybrid tractor of Proxecto is named HAV S1 and incorporates many advanced features and technology.

At present, the HAV S1 tractor is the only hybrid tractor in India that comes with no battery pack. This tractor can be run on different fuel options. Not only this, if the infrastructure is available, this tractor can also be used as a fully electric tractor. According to the manufacturer of this tractor, its S1 model saves 28% compared to the common tractor and S2 model saves about 50% fuel.

The base price of this tractor HAV S1 50HP has an initial price of Rs 9.49 lakh, while its top variant S1 + has been priced at Rs 11.99 lakh. It also has another model S1 45HP and is priced at Rs 8.49 lakhs.

  • Aphid and jassid  come under the category of sucking pest, are small insects of soft body which can be yellow, brown, green or black in color. 

  • They usually suck the cell sap  from the plant by forming groups on the corners of small leaves and twigs and secret  sticky honey like substance (honeydew), which increases the chances of fungal diseases.

  • Leaves and twigs may turn yellow due to severe infection  and wither.

  • In the stage of severe attack, the leaves dry up and gradually the whole plant dries up.

  • Spraying of Thiamethoxam 25% WG @ 100 gram/acre or Imidacloprid 17.8% SL @ 100 ml/acre or Flonicamid 50% WG @ 60 gram/acre to protect against aphid and jassid pests

  • As biologically treatment use Beauveria Bassiana @ 250 gram/acre.
