Often you must have seen cows roaming around in the cities and rural areas. Actually, these are domesticated cows which are left on the streets in case of no milk or helplessness. In such a situation, many animals die due to disease or starvation.

To save the cows from this crisis, the Rajasthan government has implemented strict rules. Under the new cow rearing rule, it has become necessary to take a license for cow rearing in urban and rural areas of the state. However, this license will be valid only for one year. Apart from this, the government has issued more new rules for cow rearing protection.

  • For cow rearing, the animal owner should have 100 yards of space.

  • If a stray animal is found on the roads, a fine of 10 thousand will have to be paid.

  • The ear tag of the animal owner shall be affixed with the name/address of the animal.

  • Animals will have to be kept in a systematic place, tying them in open places will be prohibited.

At the same time, if anyone is found violating these rules issued by the state government, then his license will be cancelled as a fine. After that, he would never be able to do animal husbandry business. According to the state government, due to these rules, about 90% of the animals in the state can be protected.

Some special varieties of chillies for dual purpose

  • Advanta AK-47– The plant of this variety is semi erect and the first fruit of this variety is harvested in 60-65 days of sowing, the colour of the fruit is dark red and dark green, the length of the fruit is 6-8 cm and Fruit thickness is 1.1-1.2 cm, high pungency, resistant to the leaf curl virus.

  • Nunhems Indu 2070 – Plant of this variety is healthy with more branches like an umbrella. Fruit length – thickness is 8.0-10 x 0.8-1.0 cm. Solid fruit is suitable for long transportation and storage. Suitable for both dried red and fresh green purposes, with moderate resistance to long-lasting red colour.

  • Nunhems US 720 – Plant of this variety is erect and good. The first harvest of this variety occurs 60-65 days after transplantation. Green chillies are dark green in colour and deep red when ripe. The length of the fruit is 18-20 cm and the thickness of the fruit is 1-2 cm, the pungency is very high in this variety. The fruit is good and also more in weight.

  • Star Field 9211 and Star Field Shark-1 – Vigorous plant with thick leaves. The first harvest of this variety occurs 60-65 days after planting. The colour of the fresh fruits is dark green, ripe fruits are dark red, length is 8-9 cm, and thickness is 0.8-1.0 cm, high pungency.

Many schemes are being run by the post office for the benefit of the common people. One of these schemes is the Post Office Recurring Deposit Scheme, this scheme is not only a safe scheme, but under this, you can get good returns by depositing only up to Rs 100 every month. This plan offers both single account and joint account facilities.

It has a maturity period of 5 years, however, if you wish, you can extend it for another 5 years before the maturity period is over. There is no upper limit on investment. According to the official website of India Post Office, currently, 8% interest is being given on this scheme. In this scheme, if you deposit Rs 10000 every month for 10 years, then on completion of maturity you will be able to get returns of up to Rs 28 lakh.

Madhya Pradesh occupies a special place in increasing the productivity of potatoes in the country. However, the production is not being met according to the demand for potatoes. Despite cultivating by the traditional methods, farmers are not getting proper production and profits. In such a situation, farmers can get better production and profit by adopting the aeroponic method.

Under this, the state government has started working on aeroponic, a new method of potato production. With the help of aeroponic, this difficulty for the farmers will end because through this method potato cultivation can be done in the air. That means no land will be needed for potato cultivation. Along with this, different seed varieties of potatoes can also be prepared with the help of aeroponic.

Explain that in the aeroponic method, farming is done in poly house. Where potato plants are grown in the air and their roots hang down in the dark. The crop is irrigated with a fountain installed at the bottom. In this fountain, essential nutrients found in the soil are mixed with water. In this way, the plant gets the necessary nutrients along with sunlight and its full development takes place in the air itself.

However, the state government has started work to set up its first unit in Gwalior. Through this, information will be given to the farmers about different seed varieties and aeroponic methods of potatoes in the state. Whereby adopting this method, farmers will get manifold productivity and profits will increase.
