Get Kisan Credit Card without any cost, know the whole process

A special scheme of the government is the Kisan Credit Card to provide loans to farmers at cheap rates. Through this scheme, the government makes Kisan Credit Cards for free. In the last two years, 2.24 crore farmers have been issued credit cards.

A Kisan credit card can be taken by any farmer related to agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries etc. Apart from this, a farmer cultivating another person’s fields can also take advantage of it. The farmers of the age group of 18 to 75 can avail this scheme.

To join this scheme, a photocopy of Aadhar card and PAN card, affidavit of not being a borrower in any other bank and photo of the applicant has to be given. To get a Kisan Credit Card, go to the website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (pmkisan.gov.in) and fill the form related to KCC. In this process you do not have to spend any kind.

Let us tell you that in the year 2016, the online portal E-Naam was started. Its full name is e-National Agriculture Market. Through this, farmers get the facility of online trading to sell their produce. It is said that about 1.68 crore farmers have already been registered on this platform.
