Farmers should get insurance of Kharif crops online

Due to natural calamities like unseasonal rain, hailstorm, drought, farmers’ crops are often affected. The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana protects the farmers from these losses. At present, the process of crop insurance application for Kharif-2021 crops is going on.

How to apply?

You can apply for this through the bank and also online. To apply online, fill the form by visiting the link https://pmfby.gov.in/. For its application, a photo and identity card, PAN card, driving license, voter ID card or Aadhar card is required. Apart from this, a document is also necessary for address proof, for which the farmer has to show the documents related to farming and the measles number. For the veracity of the crop sown, a letter from the head, patwari or sarpanch has to be given. A canceled check is also to be given so that the claim amount is directly credited to the account.

What is the process of getting subsidy on onion cultivation in Madhya Pradesh

The Madhya Pradesh government has taken a big step to increase onion production this Kharif season. The government is going to give a huge subsidy to selected farmers of 25 onion cultivation districts.

These 25 districts of Madhya Pradesh are Raisen, Rajgarh, Hoshangabad, Harda, Betul, Gwalior, Guna, Datia, Ashoknagar, Alirajpur, Khargone, Barwani, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Ujjain, Shajapur, Mandsaur, Agar-Malwa, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Dindori , Singrauli, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Damoh and online applications have been sought from the farmers of these districts. The government has fixed the cost of 50 thousand under this scheme and the beneficiary farmer will get a grant of 20 thousand per unit.

Farmers having a maximum 2 hectare land can take advantage of this scheme. Aadhar card, bank account number, mobile number, copy of Khasra number / B-1, caste certificate will have to be kept with you while applying for this. The application process has started from 7th June 2021. To apply, visit https://mpfsts.mp.gov.in/mphd/#/.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the next installment of Rs 2000 will start coming in the bank accounts of all eligible farmers from August 1. Let us tell you that this installment is the 9th installment of this scheme and before that seven installments have been given to the farmers. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 6000 is given every year in 3 installments and three installments of Rs 2000-2000 are sent to the bank account of the farmers.

If you are an eligible farmer under this scheme, then check your status and make sure that there is no error in your application.

  • To check your status, visit the official website of the scheme ? pmkisan.gov.in and click on Farmer’s Corner. After this you will see Beneficiary status. Now you click on it.

  • After clicking on the beneficiary status, you will have to enter your Aadhaar number, account number and mobile number. After doing so, you will get information about whether your name is in the list of beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

  • If your name is in this list and there is no mistake in it, then you will definitely get the benefit of the scheme.
