Buying land in Madhya Pradesh will become expensive from July 1

The new collector guideline will be implemented soon in Madhya Pradesh. All its preparations have been completed. According to the news of Nai Dunia, this time the rates can be increased in 1.17 lakh areas inside Madhya Pradesh.

This process of increasing the rate can be implemented in the whole of Madhya Pradesh from July 1. For this, the Central Evaluation Board has held a meeting and has sent a report to CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan in this regard.

According to the news, due to the coming of big projects like Bhopal and Indore Metro, the price may increase by 25 to 40%. Due to the increase in the rate, the state government is likely to get an additional income of Rs.1080 crore. By the way, the government is also expected to get less revenue of up to Rs 425 crore if the government gives a discount of 2% on the registration of women’s names. Even after this, revenue of Rs 655 crore can increase.

The registration will be done at the old rates till June 30 and these rates will increase from July 1. Let us tell you that earlier in the year 2015-16, the government had increased the rate by four percent.

  • Zinc Sulphate: Zinc is a major micronutrient for the normal growth of plants. By its use, the growth of the maize plant is good, the yield of the crop increases.

The weather of Punjab Haryana Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh including most of the districts of Uttar Pradesh will become almost dry and there will be no rain. Rainfall will decrease in Maharashtra too. Rain will continue over Bihar, West Bengal and Northeast states. Light to moderate rain is also expected in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Interior Karnataka, while further reduction in the ongoing rains is possible over rest of South India.

  • Rice Planting Method: paddy seedlings are ready for transplanting after 20 to 30 days of sowing. Suitable time for transplanting is from mid-June to mid-July. Light irrigation should be given before uprooting the plant from the nursery, by doing this the root of the plant is not damaged. and the plant is easily transplanted. After uprooting the plant from the nursery, it should not be kept in direct sunlight.

  • Seedling Treatment: It is very important to take out the paddy seedlings from the nursery and treat the seedlings before planting them in the field. Therefore, for good root development, make a solution at the rate of 5 grams of mycorrhiza per liter. Keep the quantity of water as required. Soak the roots of paddy seedlings in this solution for 10 minutes. After adopting this process, the seedlings should be planted in the field.

  • By treating with Mycorrhiza, there is no problem like rot in the plants, it helps in good growth of paddy seedlings after transplanting in the main field.
