  • Apply DAP @ 40 kg/acre + MOP @ 20 kg / acre + Zinc Sulphate @ 5 kg in the soil before sowing in the empty field.

Cultivate onion and get a subsidy of Rs 12000 per hectare

The government is encouraging farmers to increase the yield of onions and is running many schemes for this. In this episode, many schemes have been started with the aim of promoting onion cultivation in Uttar Pradesh.

In order to promote the cultivation of onion on behalf of the Horticulture and Food Processing Department of Uttar Pradesh, farmers will be given a subsidy of Rs 12000 per hectare for growing onions in a maximum of 4 hectares of land in both Kharif and Rabi seasons.

Sulfur is helpful in the organic production of oil, nodule formation in the soybean crop, biological nitrogen fixation and in the formation of healthy grains.

  • It is very important to take the following precautions before using sulfur in soybean crops. Firstly, Sulfur can be used at the time of sowing or up to 40 days after sowing. Before using sulphur, it should be kept in mind that it is necessary to have sufficient moisture in the field, in case of less rainfall, light irrigation must be done after using sulphur.
