What is Integrated Plant management

What is Integrated Plant management
  • Integrated plant management means managing plants properly without harming them.
  • Under integrated plant management, care is taken to ensure that there is no harm to the insects, which is beneficial for the crop by the use of any chemical.
  • Select pest resistant and disease resistant varieties for sowing.
  • Sow the crop by adopting the crop cycle, avoid sowing the crops of the same family   in the same field.

Solar water pump will benefit farmers, agricultural costs will come down

Solar water pump will benefit farmers, agricultural costs will come down
  • Due to the rising prices of diesel and electricity, the expenditure on the use of water pumps by farmers through these means is very high. That is why farmers can use solar powered pumps as their alternative.
  • In the solar water pump system, electricity is received either through one or several photovoltaic (PV) panels.
  • This solar powered pumping system consists of a solar panel. This solar panel provides energy to an electric motor. This motor powers the pump.
  • The maintenance cost of these pumps is also very low and can also be used for a long time.
