From January 18, the temperature will start rising in some districts of West Rajasthan and Gujarat. From January 19, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi and West Madhya Pradesh will also start getting relief and temperatures will rise. There will be light snowfall in the mountains between January 19 and January 22 but heavy snowfall is possible between January 23 and January 26. Between January 23 and January 26, rain may occur in one or two districts of Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Bihar. Hail is also possible at one or two places.

The new Western Disturbance coming from January 20 will change the direction of the winds and relief from the cold will start. There will be severe winter for two more days and icy cold winds will disturb you. The extreme cold will continue from Jammu-Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand to Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra. From January 19, a new Western Disturbance will start giving snowfall in the mountains, due to its effect, rain is possible in the plains from the 23rd and 24th to 25th, and there may be hailstorms in some places.

Meteorological Department’s warning, severe cold will start again from January 14

Snowfall will continue in the mountains till January 14. From January 14, the temperature will drop in many districts of Rajasthan including the western districts of Punjab and Haryana and severe winter will start. On January 15 and 16, the temperature will drop significantly till Maharashtra including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat. In 12 districts of Rajasthan, the temperature can go below zero. The ongoing light rain activities over North India will end now.
