Government subsidy of up to 70 percent will be available for flower cultivation

If farmers cultivate some non-traditional crops like flowers along with traditional farming, then they can earn a lot more than this. The government also helps the farmers for this farming. Recently, the Bihar government has given a big gift to the farmers of the state in this regard. In fact, the government is going to give a 70% subsidy on flower cultivation to the farmers of the state.

The main objective of the state government behind this subsidy scheme is to double the income of the farmers. Through this scheme, farmers will be encouraged to cultivate flowers and they will be able to earn a lot of income from its cultivation. Farmers will get the subsidy amount through the Integrated Horticulture Development Mission Scheme. Tell that if the cost of cultivating flowers is up to 40000, 70% of it i.e. up to about 28000 rupees subsidy will be given to the farmers. Under this, for the application, visit the official website of the scheme fill out the registration form and submit it.

Rain activities will also increase in West Bengal including Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and East Uttar Pradesh. Drought-like conditions will persist in Punjab, Haryana including Gujarat and Rajasthan. However, rain is possible at isolated places over eastern districts of Haryana and Punjab including Delhi as well as East Rajasthan.

Nowadays, farmers are earning well by engaging in animal husbandry alongside traditional and other popular crops. Beekeeping is also being promoted to increase farmers’ income. To achieve this, both the Central and State Governments are implementing various schemes. In line with this, the Bihar government is providing significant subsidies to farmers in the state for beekeeping.

With the aim of boosting honey production in the state, the state government is offering substantial subsidies of up to 75% to farmers for bee hives and their boxes. This means that if the cost of purchasing a bee hive and its box amounts to one lakh rupees, the government will provide assistance of Rs 75,000. To avail of this grant, farmers need to visit the nearest agriculture department and apply.
