Chance of heavy rain in half of India, see weather forecast

There is a possibility of heavy rain in the northeastern states including Sikkim, Bihar, eastern Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, North Chhattisgarh and some areas of Orissa. The deep low-pressure area has now weakened and is being seen as low pressure around Jharkhand. The weather of North-West Central and Western India including the mountains will remain dry and monsoon will soon bid farewell from there. The southern peninsula will also see a significant reduction in rainfall activities.

Due to the effect of deep low pressure, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some parts of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand and Orissa. The depression formed over the Arabian Sea has now turned into a deep low pressure, due to which there will be heavy rain in South Central Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka today. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Andaman and Nicobar Islands including Kerala. The weather from Punjab to Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan will remain dry.

With a premium rate of just Rs 20 per year, you can get insurance of Rs 2 lakh on accidental death and permanent disability and Rs 1 lakh on permanent partial disability. You can also increase the premium rate to get more coverage.

It is mandatory for the applicant who wants to apply to this scheme to be between 18 to 70 years of age. Along with this, the applicant should also have his own savings account. To take advantage of this scheme, you have to go to the nearest bank and complete the application process.

Heavy rain in many states due to movement in the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal

Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from parts of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Monsoon has also bid farewell to Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, western Uttar Pradesh, northern Madhya Pradesh and some other parts of Rajasthan. The monsoon has ended at 94%. A deep low-pressure area in the Bay of Bengal and a depression in the Arabian Sea will give heavy rains in many states. There are chances of heavy rain over West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, Goa, South Konkan and Karnataka coast.

A low-pressure area has formed in the northwest of the Bay of Bengal and another low-pressure area has formed in South Konkan. The effect of both the low pressures may cause heavy rains in many states. Heavy rain is possible in the eastern districts of Bihar including West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa, and Chhattisgarh. There will also be heavy rain on the coast of Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Heavy rain activities will continue in Goa. Monsoon will soon bid farewell to Punjab, Haryana and some other parts of Rajasthan. Dry winds will continue to blow from the northwest direction in most parts of northwest and central India. Currently, it is estimated that the monsoon will be below normal.

The last low-pressure area of the monsoon season will soon form in the Bay of Bengal. Heavy rain is possible along the coast of Goa and Maharashtra including Andaman and Nicobar Islands. There will also be moderate to heavy rain in coastal areas of Kerala and Karnataka. There will be light to moderate rain in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Maharashtra and East Madhya Pradesh and light rain will also occur in the southern peninsula. There may be light rain in Jammu and Kashmir but the rest of the hilly areas will remain dry. Western and Central Uttar Pradesh including most parts of Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Western Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat will also remain dry.

Monsoon will bid farewell with heavy rain, see weather forecast

Signs of departure of monsoon have started appearing from the hills including parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Western Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Monsoon will start withdrawing from here soon. Now there may be heavy rain along the coast of Karnataka and Kerala including southern coastal Maharashtra. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is possible in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Good rain will continue over West Bengal, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and southern peninsula including Lakshadweep, southern parts of Bihar. There may be sporadic rain in south-eastern Rajasthan and light to moderate rain in southern Gujarat.
