Loans up to Rs 9 lakh will be available

The Uttar Pradesh government has started a new scheme for the youth who are not currently doing any job or business. Through this scheme, unemployed youth will get employment and they will be able to improve their financial condition. The name of this scheme is Gopalak Yojana. Under this scheme, the government provides a big loan and with the help of this loan, the youth can open their own dairy farm. Under this, the state government will give loans up to Rs 9 lakh.

However, let us tell you that not every youth can take advantage of this scheme. Only those youth of Uttar Pradesh who keep at least 5 or more animals can apply under Gopalak Yojana. Cow-Buffalo i.e. milch animals have been included in this scheme. If you already do animal husbandry and have a place to keep animals, you can also take advantage of this scheme. However, it is important to keep in mind that the annual income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 1 lakh.

To apply for this scheme, you will have to contact your nearest veterinary officer. From here you can get the application form of the scheme. After this, fill in all the information asked in the form and get the application form scrutinized by the officer along with photocopies of the required documents. If all the information is correct and accurate, you will benefit from the scheme.

Get animals inseminated with new technology at 50 percent subsidy

Get animals inseminated with new technology at 50 percent subsidy

Many new technologies are being used in this sector to increase the income of farmers and cattle herders and increase milk production. One of these new techniques is the sex-sorted semen technique of artificial insemination. This technique improves the breed of animals and also promotes the birth of single calves. With the aim of enabling farmers to take maximum benefit of this technology, the Rajasthan government has decided to give a grant to it.

It is noteworthy that the Rajasthan government has approved a budget of Rs 36.65 crore to meet the target of doing 5 lakh artificial insemination in the entire state in the year 2023-24. Under this scheme, the Animal Husbandry Department is going to do 5 lakh artificial insemination through sex-sorted semen technique in the year 2023-24.

At present the Government of India has fixed the price of artificial insemination at Rs 675/dose. The Government of Rajasthan is giving a subsidy of Rs 335 on this amount. This means that only Rs 340 will be taken from the cattle owners in this regard. Under this scheme, 25 lakh cattle farmers of the state can avail of the subsidy of this new technology of artificial insemination for each of their animals (cow/buffalo).

Get subsidized loan from Kisan Loan Portal,

The Union Finance Minister and Agriculture Minister have given a big gift to the farmers last week. Actually, they have launched the ‘Kisan Loan Portal’ on Tuesday. This portal helps farmers to get subsidized loans through the Kisan Credit Card. With this, farmers will be able to get all other information related to loan distribution, interest and scheme. Let us tell you that earlier these facilities were not available through this portal.

According to the Agriculture Ministry, as of March 30 this year, about 7.35 crore farmers have KCC accounts, and the total sanctioned limit in these accounts is Rs 8.85 lakh crore. According to data released by the government, a total of loans worth Rs 6,573.50 crore have been disbursed at concessional interest rates between April and August in the current financial year.

With the aim of increasing the benefits of KCC, a door-to-door campaign is now being run and under this, the benefits will be extended to the non-KCC holder farmers under the central scheme ‘PM-Kisan’. Under this, Rs 6000 will be sent to the bank every year to each identified beneficiary.
