The low pressure area over southeast Arabian Sea is causing delay in monsoon. The onset of monsoon over Kerala will be delayed for some more time. There is a low pressure area in the Southeast Arabian Sea, which can strengthen into a depression and then become a storm Biparjoy. Most of the weather models are predicting this storm to move in northwest direction and divert it from south of Gujarat towards Oman. There may be rain with dust storm in Rajasthan. Light rain is possible over the hills and Odisha including northeastern states for the next two days. Moderate rains may occur over Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and heavy rains over Lakshadweep.

In fact, in just 6 to 8 minutes, the entire field is sprayed with the help of a drone. That is why the government is also encouraging the use of drones in the field of agriculture. In this sequence, the Haryana government has implemented a special scheme to increase the availability of drones in the agriculture sector.

The Haryana government has decided to provide new employment to the youth through drone technology. Under this, the state government is going to give training to the youth to fly drones and in this work, the state agriculture department has started preparations from its side. With this scheme, the agriculture department will train the progressive youth of the area to become drone pilots free of cost. To take advantage of this, farmers and unemployed youth can apply online by June 13 by visiting the official departmental portal www.agriharyana.gov.in.
