According to the scheme of the state government, a 100% rebate on interest and penalty will be given on depositing lump-sum amounts. However, only those consumers will be able to take advantage of this scheme, who will deposit the amount by 31 March 2022.

Due to this, the government has appealed to the consumers of all levels related to urban and rural drinking water schemes of the state to deposit the arrears, so that the arrears can get rid of the extra financial burden.

The state government had announced this scheme in the 2022-23 budget. In this regard, now the government has ordered to release of the scheme with immediate effect. Which has been implemented by the water supply department. You can also get rid of the extra burden under this scheme by paying the outstanding tax on time.

Donate-a-Pension scheme

The Government of India has started a scheme to financially help labourers across the country. The government has named this scheme ‘Donate-a-Pension’. Under this, a pension of Rs 3000 per month will be given to the unorganized labourers of the country after the age of 60 years.

Under this scheme, people can donate a premium for their employees including domestic workers, drivers, domestic servants. At the same time, to take advantage of this scheme, the beneficiary will have to do e-shram registration. Along with this, it is also necessary to have the following qualifications to take advantage of this scheme.

  • Applicant’s age should be between 18 to 40 years.

  • The beneficiary has to deposit the minimum deposit amount from Rs.660 to Rs.2400.

  • For online registration, visit Jan Seva Kendra and register on PM-SYM.

  • After the application, a Shram Yogi card will be given to the beneficiary, with the help of which he will be able to get the benefit of this scheme.

  • Wheat produces one and a half times the grain of the crop, if 40 quintals of wheat are produced in 1 hectare, then the quantity of straw will be 60 quintals and the straw will have 30 kg nitrogen, 36 kg phosphorus and 90 kg potash per hectare, Which will be about 3,000 rupees on the basis of the current price, which is destroyed by burning.

  • By burning crop residues, microorganisms and earthworms present in the soil are destroyed, which adversely affects the fertility and physical condition of the land.

  • The ground becomes hard, due to which the water holding capacity of the land decreases, so the crops dry quickly.

  • Chemical reactions in the soil are also affected, such as the ratio of carbon-nitrogen and carbon-phosphorus is deteriorated, due to which the plants are not able to get the nutrients available.

Farmers are getting solar pumps at a 75% subsidy

The electricity problem is seen in many areas of the country and especially the farmers have to face a lot of trouble due to this problem. Due to this farmers are not able to irrigate their fields at the right time. To overcome this problem of the farmers, the Central Government is running the “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha and Utthan Maha Abhiyan (KUSUM)” scheme.

Under this scheme, farmers get solar pumps on subsidies. With the use of solar pumps, farmers do not face any problems in irrigating their fields. This also reduces the consumption of diesel, which is why the government is promoting this scheme.

Under this scheme, farmers in different states get a 60% subsidy, while in Haryana 75% subsidy is given in this scheme. This subsidy is available to the farmers for installing solar pumps for agricultural purposes.

On the death of the insured, the nominee will get Rs. 30 thousand and his 2 children will also be given a scholarship facility of Rs. 100-100. To avail of this scheme, the life of the insured must be between 18 and 59 years.

The annual premium under this scheme is 200 rupees. Of this, the government will add 100 rupees. If the insured is from a rural area and is included in 48 business groups doing business of beedi workers, carpenters, fisheries, handicrafts etc., then they do not have to pay 100 rupees.
