  • One caterpillar is capable of destroying approx 8 -10 fruits. 

  • Control: For chemical control Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG [EmaNova] @ 100 gm or Flubendamide 50% WG [Takumi] @ 100 gm or Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC [Cosco] @ 60 ml or Novaluran 5.25% + Emamectin Benzoate 0.9% SC [ Barazide] @ 600 ml/acre.

  • For biological control, use Beauveria bassiana [Bave curb] @ 500 gm per acre.

  • Use of pheromone traps @ 10 per acre as a mechanical control.
