The Rajasthan government has brought a special gift for all the drinking water consumers of the state. According to the scheme of the state government, a 100% rebate on interest and penalty will be given on depositing lump-sum amounts. However, only those consumers will be able to take advantage of this scheme, who will deposit the amount by 31 March 2022.
Due to this, the government has appealed to the consumers of all levels related to urban and rural drinking water schemes of the state to deposit the arrears, so that the arrears can get rid of the extra financial burden.
The state government had announced this scheme in the 2022-23 budget. In this regard, now the government has ordered to release of the scheme with immediate effect. Which has been implemented by the water supply department. You can also get rid of the extra burden under this scheme by paying the outstanding tax on time.
