3 to 5 days after transplanting- Pre-emergence herbicide spray

For the managemnt of weeds before emergence spray Pendamethalin 38.7% CS (Dhanutop super) 700 ml per acre. For the management of weeds after emergence spray Propaquizafop 5% + Oxyflurofen 12% EC (Dekel) @ 350 ml or Quizalofop Ethyl 5% EC (Targa super) 350 ml per acre in 200 liter water

 1 to 2 days after transplanting- Basal dose and first irrigation

Just after transplanting give first irrigation and apply basal dose of fertilizer along with Onion samridhi kit . Mix all these & spread over soil- Urea-25 kg + Consortia of NPK Bacteria (SKB Foster Plus BC15) 100 g + Trichoderma Viridi (Rhizocare) 500 g + Seaweed, Amino, Humic and Mycorrhiza (Maxxmyco) 2 kg + Zinc Solubilizing Bacteria (SKB ZnSB) 100 g per acre .

 1 day before or same day of transplanting- Seedling treatment

To protect the roots of seedlings from soil borne fungus, Micorrhyza (Explorer glory) 100 gm in 20 liter water and dip the roots of seedlings in this solution before transplanting.

 10 to 8 days before transplanting- Main Field preparation

In 5 tons of FYM, add 4 kg composting bacteria (Speed Kompost) keep it in the field for proper decomposition. Then mix SSP 60 kg + DAP 25 kg + MoP 40 kg + Humic acid granules 500 gm properly and spread over soil for one acre area.

20 to 25 days after sowing – Management of sucking pests and fungal diseases

To control the infestation of sucking insect and fungal diseases, spray Metalaxyl 8% + Mancozeb 64% WP (Sanchar) 60 gm + Fipronil 40% + Imidacloprid 40% WG (Police) @ 5 gm per pump.

7 to 10 days after sowing- Management of Thrips and damping off disease

To promote root growth and for the management of Thrips and damping off disease spray Humic Acid (Maxxroot) 10 g + Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% (Carmanova) 30 g + Thiamethoxam 25% WG (Thianova 25) 10 g/pump

1 day before sowing- Seed treatment

To protect the planting material from soil borne fungus, treat the seeds with Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WP (CarmaNova) 2.5 gm per kg seeds. Give light irrigation to the field three days before sowing.

Onion- 10 to 8 days before sowing- Nursery preparation

At the time of nursery preparation mix 25 kg FYM + 25 gm Trichoderma viride (Rhizocare) + 25 gm Fipronil 0.3% Gr (Fax granules) + 25 gram Seaweed, Amino, Humic & Mycorrhiza (Maxxmyco) per 30 square feet area.
