A cyclonic area is formed in the northern parts of Bangladesh and in north-eastern Assam, where eastern winds will now gain strength. These winds will advance the monsoon to Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha from June 19. The havoc of heat will now end in these states. Western Disturbance will now come to North West India, due to its effect, there may be storm and rain in Punjab from the evening of June 18 and between June 19 and June 21 in Punjab, Haryana, North Western Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh. Light rain is possible in Delhi on June 20. After June 19, the heat wave may end in almost the whole of India.
