Monsoon knocked ahead of time, rain started in many areas

Monsoon has knocked over South Andaman Sea and it may reach Kerala before time. Heavy rain is possible in many districts of North East India and Kerala including Andaman and Nicobar Deep Group. In many districts of Kerala, due to torrential rains, a flood-like situation may arise. On May 16, a dust storm is possible in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and West Uttar Pradesh.
