The Yaas storm that started from the Bay of Bengal has also seen havoc in many districts of Madhya Pradesh. Due to this storm, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Madhya Pradesh in the next few days. Keeping this fear of rain in mind, the government has banned the purchase of wheat in 15 districts of the state.
The government has given clear instructions in this regard that till the situation gets better, the purchase of wheat will be banned. The districts where this ban has been imposed include Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Singrauli, Shahdol, Umaria, Anuppur, Jabalpur, Dindori, Mandla, Narsinghpur, Seoni, Katni, Balaghat and Chhindwara.
