Bihar government is giving a huge subsidy of 50% to the farmers of its state for the cultivation of Tulip flowers.
The state government of Bihar provides a 50% subsidy to the farmers cultivating Tulip flowers through the “Integrated Horticulture Development Mission Scheme”. The government has fixed the cost of cultivation of these flowers per hectare at Rs 15 lakh. In such a situation, according to the 50% subsidy, the government will give a total subsidy of Rs 7 lakh 50 thousand to the farmers.
