At the beginning of February, a strong Western Disturbance will give snow over the mountains and will give rain over North India as well as many states of East India and North East India. Due to rain, there is a possibility of damage to crops in the states of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal etc.
