Cold winds blowing from the northwest have brought down the minimum temperatures significantly in Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra including Delhi. The low-pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal has also weakened now. Its effect will now reduce to a minimum and it will give light rains over Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
