A deep depression will soon form in the Bay of Bengal. By November 3, it will become a cyclone and move towards North Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Heavy rain is possible over coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. There will be strong waves in the sea and strong winds will blow. The impact of the storm will be visible in most of the districts of Orissa from November 4. There has been rain and snowfall in the mountains due to the influence of Western Disturbance, today its intensity will reduce.
