Necessary nutritional management at flowering stage in Gram crop

  • Plants and fruits of Gram crops are used as vegetables, Therefore, it is very important to manage the nutrition in chickpea crops at the flowering stage.

  • Due to the changing weather and nutrient deficiency in the crop, there is a problem of flower drop in the Gram crop.

  • Due to excessive flower drops, fruit production is greatly affected in the Gram crop.

  • Use Micro-nutrients @ 250 gm/acre. 

  • To prevent flower drop,use Homobrassinolide @ 100 ml/acre or Paclobutrazol 40% SC @ 30 ml/acre.

  • For pest and disease control, spraying of Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG @ 100 gm + Hexaconazole 5% SC @ 400 gm/acre can be done.
