Spray management in cotton crop during 60-70 days

  • In the cotton crop, the most widespread infestation of pink bollworm occurs in 60–70 days.
  • In initial stages, this caterpillar is found on the cotton flower.
  • Along with eating pollen from cotton flowers, as soon as the cotton ball develops, it goes into it and starts eating the cotton seed inside the ball.
  • There is also a heavy infestation of the sucking pests like aphids, jassids, thrips, and whiteflies.
  • To control them, spray management in 60-70 days is very necessary.
  • Spray NOVALURAN 5.25 %+ EMAMECTIN BENZOATE 0.9 SC @ 600 ml / acre or LAMBDA CYHALOTHRIN 4.6% + CHOLRANTRANILIPROL 9.3%ZC @ 80 ml / acre. PYRIPROXYFEN 10 % + BIFENTHRIN 10% EC@ 250 ml / acre or EMAMECTIN BENZOATE 5% SG @ 100 g/acre.
  • For good growth and development. Spray Amino acid @ 300 ml/acre + 00:52:34 @ 1 kg/acre
