Due to the combination of southwesterly and southeasterly winds coming from the Arabian Sea, there is a possibility of rain in many districts of Telangana, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal. Rainfall will increase in the northeastern states as well. Severe winter will continue in North India including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra.
