There has not been a single strong Western Disturbance in the month of November this year, due to which there has been no heavy snowfall in the hilly areas. Snowfall is not possible in the mountains till the end of November, but the temperature is gradually falling. The weather of North West Central and East India including hills will remain dry. There will be no fog due to the lack of rain.
