A depression will form in the Bay of Bengal which may later become a storm. In the initial phase, it seems that it will affect Andhra Pradesh and Orissa. A new Western Disturbance will come over the mountains which will bring rain and snowfall at many places. Rains may start again in North India and Central India. Rain will continue in South India. Winter may increase due to falling temperatures in northwest and central India.
