The effect of depression will be seen in Rajasthan today, due to which heavy rain is expected in the south-eastern and southern parts of Rajasthan including the south-western districts. Heavy rains may also occur on the coasts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The axis of the monsoon line will come towards North India from August 6. Due to this, heavy rains will start in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan as well as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand.
