Heavy rain will occur in many states in the next 24 hours, see weather forecast

The rain and thundershowers will continue over the hills and north India including the north-eastern states during the next 24 hours. The outbreak of heat waves will not be visible anywhere in the entire country. Apart from southwest Rajasthan and the northern districts of Gujarat, there is a possibility of rain in almost every state of the country. Monsoon will continue to advance gradually and rain activities will continue over most parts of the country except Northwest India during the next 1 week
